Sending Microsoft a 360?

I have "The Red Ring of Death" so I called Microsoft..Blah Blah Blah.. 20 minutes later, she said that I would recive a box to put my xbox in then send back. I just want to make sure that I do the steps correctly. I don't want to get my 360 back in a week and have it not fixed. Are there instructions in the box on what to do? Do I just put my Xbox in then send it to the return address. Sorry, but I don't know that much about the mail system.

It will come with instructions , make sure you remove your

hard drive and put the console in the foam padding. There

will be a return adress sticker in the box that you need to

stick on top of the box to send it out. It comes with packaging

tape too so its really simple, and dont forget to write your

reference number on the box also.
