I have been a severe critic of Vista in the past and put some harsh criticism on Yahoo answers. Two MS updates ago Microsoft gave me a very long download when I booted the notebook, in fact it took nearly an hour to get my computer running. The change in the speed and performance was brilliant and has been so ever since. I am now a strong supporter of Vista . It is more secure than XP and patient users will find its any features an asset. So is it ok to be a turncoat?
Is Microsoft listening to the Vista debate?anti virus protection
People complained about XP when it was new then they did it again when SP2 came out. Now they all say XP is the most stable OS that ever existed and they're using it forever because "Vista sucks". I suspect some of the people whining about Vista are just jealous because they can't afford to upgrade. They'll be using Vista a year from now, and loving it.
I'm a Debian GNU/Linux user, btw, I don't use Microsoft products at all because of their restrictive licensing. So you can't call me a Microsoft fanboy.
