PS. there was sometime when some other box popped up saying that in order to fix this that i should donwload/repair the microsoft office professional edition 2003....but i dont know if i should.? i tried it once but i couldnt repair it!
Help with opening a file on microsoft office professional edition 2003???norton internet security
If you have the original CDs for Microsoft Office, you'll be OK to repair it - insert the disc and it will automatically bring up the available options, one of which should be 'Repair/Reinstall.
Otherwise do a google/yahoo search for the file SKU011.CAB. This will need to be put wherever the dialog box says it is looking for it.
Until you have repaired this product, you won't be able to use it, sorry.
