I haven't found anything online to download Microsoft paint or to but it! Do you know a website where I could buy it or download it?

you already have installed comes as default ... but i also downloaded this paint as well has lots more to it then micro paint ...works very well

you dont need to by mspaint it comes installed on windows for free!

Why do you want to download it? It comes with the computer. But if it was accidently deleted you can go into control panel and then go to add or remove programs and then go to add remove windows components and then tick the box that says accessories and utilities.
