Does microsoft lifecam vx-3000 works on YIM ? Thank you?

I have microsoft lifecam vx-3000 installed and I wanted to use it on Yahoo Instant Messenger (YIM) but I have a problem, everytime when I clicked on webcam icon (logo) on YIM window I got it crash. I meant YIM stop. I tried to close it but won't work( to end the program). Meanwhile I was able to acces internet or others program were running okay, except the Yahoo Instant Messenger (YIM). Thank you

In theory it should work. However if you do get it going it will probably keep crashing your machine. Try going for a different camera.

No it does not work I have a Vx-3000 too and it will not work with YIM 7 or 8 Report It
