I need to open microsoft word application through webpage in IIS by without having a successfull login to that PC. That means no one logged in to that PC.

Put simply, when you click the link to the word document in your web page, a request for that doc is sent back to IIS, which then farms it out to the client PC.
It is then the job of the client's PC to load the document, using it's own *local* version of Word (be it full on Microsoft Word, or the Microsoft Word Viewer). Therefore, the client *has* to have it installed on their PC for them to view it - all the server does is ship the document to the client computer - it's up to the client computer to then work out what to do with it.
