First off, your grammar is horrendous, and I can't imagine that you would even be able to pass a test.

That being said, no, Microsoft does not offer these on line...everyone and anyone could take and pass the test, thereby devaluing it.

The benefits? Having an MCSE proves that you know your shtt.

You DON'T need a four year course, and an MCSE alone will not get you a job.

Most employers are looking for someone with verifiable experience, not just a piece of paper.

you need to go to a Microsoft Certified testing center.

i got my MCSE and MCSA in under 2 years and have not had 1 problem finding work. every business needs a tech. i did most of my learning inline and went at my own pace. there are several paths you can go with regards to certification on what O/S and there are several different exams to take.

I don't know if you can take the tests online. You can register for them there, I believe. Just look at the Microsoft website for more info on how to sign up.

As for when it comes to jobs.. it sort of like a thing you can use to brag about on your resume if it needs some sprucing up, but it doesn't really do anyhting other than that. You need a college education to get a good job.
