In microsoft frontpage 2003 or XP how do you create a special folder called "webfolder"?

Microsoft Frontpage 2003 or XP is a program for creating websites. The special folder that I don't know how to create is a the folder that contains the website files you have created.

As far as I understand, you don't have to have a special folder. You can save your html files in to any folder and as long as you make the links and paths relative instead of absolute, you can put it anywhere you want.
