Copying Microsoft Office??norton

No, without the CD, you cannot install it on another system.

You could try Open Office. Its a free Office Suite, similar %26 compatible with MS Office

I tried that, and it didn't work, simply because the files are scattered all over the disk. When you click on Word, or something that opens Office, it will give you the registered number of your copy of Office. Write it down, then call Microsoft and see if they will replace it. You'll probably have to wait until tomorrow, though, since this is a Holida.

You can contact Customer Service by phone Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 10 P.M. (Eastern Time), at 1-888-218-5617.
wooow vooodoooo woooooaaaa! sure you can but you have to change the format or @ least know what your doing! good luck!!!!
The installation CD wrote some registry settings and copied files to directories other than the installation folder.

If some of thse registry settings or files are missing, MS Office might not work properly.
sorry, it needs to be reinstalled. It won't survive the copy process, as it required many dll's and registry entries to be created.
