Microsoft Outlook 2003?

Hi

Any computer whizzes out there that can help with this? On my old e-mail which I think was Microsoft Outlook 98, I could set it so that when I received an e-mail from a certain person, their name would appear in a different colour. I cannot figure out how to do this on Outlook 2003. Does anyone know how this is done? Its just really bugging me!

Thank you.

1. From your inbox, go to the View menu and choose "Arrange By", then "Custom".

2. Choose the "Automatic Formatting" button from the list of options to customize.

3. Click "Add" to create a new custom format.

4. Click the "Condition" button.

5. Enter the conditions you want - in this case, put the e-mail address of the person you want to highlight in the "From" line.

6. Click "OK" to return to the previous screen.

7. Click the "Font" button, choose the formatting that you want, and click "OK".

8. Give the rule a name (to be displayed in the list above).

9. Click "OK" twice to return to your inbox.

You should now see all of the messages in your inbox that are from the e-mail address specified with the formatting that you chose.
