Will Microsoft fix my Xbox 360 even if the front top of the top cover where the harddrive is, has a barely small crack?

The site says if the system is tanpered with they will not fix it.

As long as the seals are intact on the console and you have not opened it.

It should be able to be repaired, however if the service center feels that you have tampered with the console, then you will be sent the console back.

Do you have a warranty on the console? You may want to see if your console is still under warranty.

Remember though from the time you call to set up for the repair, it will take 3-5 days for you to recieve the box and then for the time you to send the console, 1.5-2 weeks at least in the service center, and 3-5 days for the console to be returned.

i think they may. call and ask. they sent me a replacement unit for my faulty xbox. and now the replacement is having problems! wtf! lol
is the warranty sticker stil on? as long as it's on there,,, they should permit ur xbox to be fixed.
send it to them dont tell em about it and say it must have happened during shiping because it wasn't thier before or.... tell it they did it and demand it be fixed or else
