one minute my network adaptor is te100-pcbusr 32-bit cardbus pc card, and when i did microsoft update it says realtelk family fast ethernet. whats what here?

Well many many adapters use the Realtek chipset. Those that do can use standard "realtek" drviers regardless of who made the card. (In fact many work much better that way.) There are some major updates for the Realtek chipsets and I suspect you just received one.
Your machine should still work correctly (in fact may be better) and still allow you to network properly. If not roll back the update, get a new update from the "card" manufacturer and install it, then re-run the MS updates.
If all is working, I wouldn't even blink twice about the update.

It should not have, It just updates not changes anything. If you do think something did happen. Which i don't think that updates did it. Contact Microsoft. www.Microsoft.com. Tell them that i worked before you installed updates.
