These companies have a mutual distaste for each other. It goes something like this, someone in the boardroom supposedly saw a senior executive throw a chair or some other B.S. and rant about killing Google. Urban legend stuff, not all true, not all false.

The story changes a little every time I hear it.

I however don't see Apple being a major threat to MS as a whole, just their struggling entertainment division.

The CEO of Microsoft is a crazy guy, or let me word that better a man full of energy. I wouldn't doubt that he'd force his kids to only use Microsoft products. But there is no way Microsoft can eliminate google, they actually had a chance to purchase google a couple years ago before they became public, I guess that would be the only way they could have done anything.

omg, microsoft makes more than google. ggogle employees use microsoft software to run google. microsoft is passed the iphone stage, they had that device years ago. it was called the smart phone. iphones will phase out just like everything else. bills kids get free smartphones that do the same thing iphones do. no biggy.
