I am using Microsoft Outlook for my Business email and for some reason there is an error saying I cannot connect to the pop server. When I click send and receive it only goes part of the way through it. This means I have email in my out box i really need to send and also can't get any incoming mail..I really hope someone can get me sorted cos I so so rely on this. Thanks

Check that you have the correct SMTP address. This is for outgoing emails and is not the same as the POP3 address for incoming emails. Check with your email provider / internet provider for the correct addresses.
